Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item, and we will work to resolve the issue.
